Its non-vented design is ideal for fluid replenishment using flexible bags or, with an attached air needle, for semi-rigid containers or glass bottles. The set includes a conical spike with a graduated shoulder structure, allowing for easy and secure closure piercing. A soft drip chamber aids in fluid level adjustment, ensuring accurate infusion rates. The set is available with Luer slip, fixed, or free Luer lock connectors, each equipped with a cap to maintain sterility. An injection site, which can be a Y-site, flashbulb, or rubber tube, provides a convenient port for medication administration. Constructed from medical-grade PVC, the tubing is kink-resistant, ensuring smooth fluid transportation. The super-thin wall needle enhances flow rates while minimizing patient discomfort.
