The Romsons Uro Flow™ is meticulously engineered to enhance patient safety and hygiene in urinary drainage. Its patented Urovision chamber disrupts the urine column, effectively preventing the upward migration of microorganisms and thereby reducing the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI). The diaphragm valve eliminates urine backflow, further minimizing infection risks. The clear, transparent chamber allows healthcare professionals to monitor urine flow and detect any changes in urine color or the presence of blood or pus. The closed urine drainage system maintains sterility by separating the bag from the catheter, eliminating the need for disconnection and reducing contamination risks. The universal connector includes a mid-stream sampling port, enabling urine sampling without disrupting the closed system. A built-in, patented foldable hanger holds the Urovision chamber upright, facilitating convenient bedside hanging. The specialized “T” type bottom outlet allows for quick emptying of the urine bag, and after closure, the “T” tap can be safely tucked into the allocated side pocket to prevent unnecessary contamination during handling.
